Excursion

The word "excursion" is a word that literally means the exact same things as a journey. Ive taken many excursions in my life and they've been influenced heavily by everything i learned. When i was little i really enjoyed writing stories and illustrating little books to go along. My current English class has reignited that flare in myself and i have taken a liking in writing once more. Several stories we read have been about life and surviving outside in the world beyond the barriers of the school walls. Romeo and Juliet fought for their love, the odyssey was the journey of a man from war trying to reunite with his love, Tuesdays with Morrie was a book on a dying man living the rest of his life, and night showed the hardship's in Elie's own life. Every story and every page filled the pool of my mind containing thousands of lost ideas confused of where the water had gone. I have never been good at analogies, i hope to one day i will get better ideas or that sometime in the next hours i will revise this with a better analogy. This project itself has opened made me a better person and is probably the only one ive managed to write without someone deleting the first paragraph.
