Excursion

The characters in Night went through the holocaust and ended with death and anguish with the main character dying a tragic death; if you also considered the dad the main character.. Throughout the story the holocaust held the reigns of how the story progressed and who died.. Ellie, the main character in most eyes was out passage way into the holocaust with his eyes. We saw his fear as he lost both his parents and were left to imagine who else he knew that had been lost in there. In the end the Elie didn't die (in case you hadn't picked up that he wrote the book) and all went well with every other survivor being liberated and finally free. Everyone had an ending, but it surely wasn't happy.
